Lent @ Home

As we did with Advent, we will be putting together household devotional boxes for Lent. Each box will contain household specific devotional materials according to age and interest.    Our main congregation wide Lenten theme will be "Again & Again" with devotional resources that provide a theme and reflection for our journey of Lent and celebration of Holy Week.  

Resources crafted for each household in the box:

• Worksheet for use with Ash Wednesday Service
• Kid pack resources for making Lent and Holy week fun for families with little disciples
• 40 Days of Giving for our Confirmation aged disciples - created by ELCA World Hunger and explores what it will take to end global hunger
• Luther Seminary's "Awesome Mystery" daily bible reading and reflection on the hymn "Tree of Life and Awesome Mystery"
• Again & Again devotional booklet and word study cards
• Scratch off Lent countdown calendar
